Repair or replace

Does it need fixing, or a new roof?

Most metal roofs don’t fail all at once. A leak is often one fixing, one flashing or one joint letting water in — and that is a repair. Rust that has spread across the sheets, or a roof that has been patched again and again, is usually a new roof.

We tell you which one you have, and show you the photos. If it is a repair, we fix it. If it needs replacing, we quote it properly. Small jobs are welcome — we don’t only do big ones.

Tile to metal

Old tile roofs stripped and re-roofed in metal.

Repairs & leaks

Leaks, rust, loose sheets, failed flashings and storm damage. Fixed properly, whatever the size of the job.

Something has lifted or is letting water in now. We make it safe first, then put it right.
